Meaning; Whenever it is pleasing to the Perfect Guru, he makes one chant the name of the Pervading Lord. The Lord has extended his mercy to me & saved my honor. The Lord’s feet ( shabads) are forever peace-giving. One who is imbued with Lord’s Name, gets all his desires fulfilled.

He is entangled in wealth, bestowed by the Lord God; the unfortunate one attaches himself to the fire of desires.

Meaning: God Himself is the balance scale, the weigher, He Himself weighs with the weights. He Himself is the banker, the trader; He Himself makes the trades. He Himself fashioned the world & He Himself counter-balances it with a gram. My mind meditates on the Lord, Har, Har, and finds peace. The Name of the Beloved Lord, Har, Har, is a treasure; the Perfect Guru has made it seem sweet to me.

MEANING; Waho!Waho! (Wonderful) is the Bani, the Word, of the Formless Lord. There is none other as great as He is. Wonderful is the Unfathomable; inaccessible, self-existent Lord. As He wills, so it comes to pass. Wonderful is the Ambrosial Nectar of the Naam, the Gurmukh obtain it with His grace. O Nanak, Waaho! Waaho! This is obtained by the Gurmukhs, who hold tight to the Naam, night and day.
