December 20, 1705 Battle of Chamkaur between Guru Gobind Singh Ji and His Singhs (48) against against Mughal Forces Over 10 Lakh.
After Mughal Emperor and Hindu Hill Chiefs offered a safe Passage to leave Anandpur Sahib, Guru Ji and his Sikhs vacated Anandpur Sahib and were attacked by the Mughal army led by Wazir Khan as they were crossing the river Sarsa. A group of Sikhs held the Mughal Army back while rest of Sikhs and Guru crossed the river. During the crossing, Guru was separated from His mother and his two younger sons. Guru along with his 2 elder sons and 45 Sikhs were able to cross. Bhai Budhi Chand offered the Guru and his Singhs to stay at his Haveli in the Town of Chamkaur. The Mughal army through a messenger found where Guru Sahib and his Singhs were resting and Singhs used the Haveli as a Fort for the battle. On the request of Guru's son Baba Ajeet Singh was permitted to battle and he courageously fought the Mughal Army. He fought valiantly and his Kirpan broke but still fought with a spear and eventually became shaheed. Hearing the news, Baba Jujhar Singh asked Guru Ji to enter the battlefield, the guru embraced him for his faith in his Dharam. Baba Jujhar Singh fought with 3 other singhs valiantly, but eventually became shaheed. Fighting paused at nightfall, Five Singhs along with 2 of the Panj Pyare begged Guru Ji to leave after much talk Guru Ji left. At Dawn, the remaining Singhs charged towards the Mughals. Guru Ji escaped safely but not quietly as he blew his horn on top of high ground, as a sign that the Khalsa hasn't fallen.

Antar agyaan bahee mat madhim, Satgur ki parteet naahi. Ander kapatt sabh kaptto kar jaanae, kaptte khapeh khpaahi. Kirpa kare je aapni ta Nanak sabad samaahi. Waheguru ji; ang 652
Meaning; Since he is spiritually ignorant within, and his intellect is dull and dim; he does not place his faith in the True Guru. Since he has deceit within himself he sees deception in all others; through his deceptions, he is totally ruined. The True Guru’s Will does not enter into his consciousness, and so he wanders around, pursuing his own interests. If He grants His Grace, then Nanak is absorbed into the Word of the Shabad.

Surrender your body and mind to your Husband Lord, and then, O Nanak, He will enjoy you.

Charan Chalo Marag Gobind
Ashtapadee:
Reliance on mortals is in vain - know this well.
The Great Giver is the One Bhagwan.
By His gifts, we are satisfied,
and we suffer from thirst no longer.
The One Lord Himself destroys and also preserves.
Nothing at all is in the hands of mortal beings.
Understanding His Order, there is peace.
So take His Name, and wear it as your necklace.
Remember, remember, remember God in meditation.
O Nanak, no obstacle shall stand in your way. ||1||
Praise the Formless Lord in your mind.
O my mind, make this your true occupation.
Let your tongue become pure, drinking in the Ambrosial Nectar.
Your soul shall be forever peaceful.
With your eyes, see the wondrous play of Thakur.
In the Company of the Holy, all other associations vanish.
With your feet, walk in the Way of Gobind.
Sins are washed away, chanting Hri Name, even for a moment.
So do Hri's Work, and listen to the Hri's Sermon.
In Hri's Court, O Nanak, your face shall be radiant. ||2||
Very fortunate are those humble beings in this world,
who sing the Glorious Praises of Hri, forever and ever.
Those who dwell upon Ram's Name,
are the most wealthy and prosperous in the world.
Those who speak of Hri in thought, word and deed -
know that they are peaceful and happy, forever and ever.
One who recognizes the One and only Lord as One,
understands this world and the next.
One whose mind accepts the Company of the Naam,
those, O Nanak, knows Niranjan. ||3||
By Guru's Grace, one understands himself;
know that then, his thirst is quenched.’
In the Company of the Holy, one chants the Praises of Hari, Hari.
Such a devotee of Hri is free of all disease.
Night and day, sing the Kirtan, the Praises of the One Lord.
In the midst of your household, remain balanced and unattached.
One who places his hopes in the One Lord -
the noose of Death is cut away from his neck.
One whose mind hungers for Parbrahm,
